Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of ServiceLink Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Provided
ServiceLink Hub provides professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Hot water extraction carpet cleaning
- Upholstery and furniture cleaning
- Mattress sanitization
- Area rug treatment
- Stain removal services
Services are provided for residential and commercial clients in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment time and provide an estimated service duration. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on the type of service, area size, and condition of items being cleaned. We provide estimates based on information you provide, but final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions encountered during service.
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial clients with regular service agreements, invoicing arrangements may be available.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service, clients are responsible for:
- Removing small items, valuables, and breakables from areas to be cleaned
- Providing accurate information about stains, previous treatments, and fabric types
- Ensuring access to water and electrical outlets
- Providing adequate parking or access for our equipment
- Securing pets during service
- Disclosing any known damage or weak areas in carpets or upholstery
Service Limitations
While we strive to achieve excellent results, some limitations apply:
- Not all stains can be completely removed, especially those that have set or damaged fibers
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or color loss may become more visible after cleaning
- Some odors may require multiple treatments or may not be completely removable
- Drying times vary based on humidity, air circulation, and material thickness
- We cannot guarantee results on items with unknown previous treatments or damage
Liability and Warranties
We take care to protect your property during service. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear that becomes visible after cleaning
- Color bleeding or fading due to unstable dyes or previous treatments
- Damage to items not disclosed as fragile or damaged before service
- Shrinkage of natural fibers that were not properly pre-shrunk during manufacturing
- Damage caused by hidden defects in construction or materials
Our liability for any damage caused by our service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Satisfaction and Complaints
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you have concerns about the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate action, which may include re-cleaning affected areas at no additional charge.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for remediation, as additional soiling or damage may have occurred.
Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service scheduling. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ServiceLink Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
